There are no fees of any kind. You just pay us a minimal fee to do your legal paperwork only when you close a deal, and that's it. This gives new Realtors® and even more experienced Realtors® in tough times, the required break to get on their feet. We understand that initial costs can go through roof if unchecked. We do our share to help you out with that. We prefer that our Realtors® keep their hard earned money and decide how they want to spent it.
